Ope, I gotta say, this place is comfy! The rooftop breakfast with a view over those mountains was just lovely, and the staff was so friendly. Had a real nice chat with Rosita at breakfast. Only bummer was the sliding door to the balcony was a bit wonky. Would've liked that fixed, ya know?

The lack of responsive maintenance for simple curtain repairs was frustrating, too!!!

I enjoyed my stay at Alko Hotel Integrado. The room was clean and spacious, offering a stunning view of the lush mountains. The staff were incredibly attentive, making me feel welcome with their friendly service and helpful tips about local attractions.

I had a pleasant experience at Alko Hotel Integrado. The Junior Suite Terrace was clean, spacious, and featured a lovely balcony. The breakfast options were quite good, providing a nice start to my workday. The location was convenient for business activities, making it easy to navigate the area.

Equal parts impressive and disappointing

The outdoor pool was fabulous! and the jacuzzis on the terrace offered a splendid way to unwind after a busy day.

The communication barrier was quite frustrating. my room's curtain fell, and despite notifying staff multiple times, no one checked on it.

my stay at alko hotel integrado was pretty good. the room was spacious and had a lovely terrace to relax on. the pool was a nice touch, perfect for chilling out, and the staff were super friendly, always eager to help. it's close to malls, making it easy to shop.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially with the upgrade to a room on the top floor that had a fantastic jacuzzi—all after a long day at work. The outdoor pool and comfy sun loungers were perfect for unwinding in the afternoon sun. Just a heads up, the music can go on late, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. 🌞

I stayed in the Superior Double or Twin Room with Terrace for 7 nights. The room was nice with a clean interior, but the curtain fell and no one came to fix it, which was frustrating. The sliding glass door to the balcony had a lock issue too, which could have been a problem. Other than that, the room was decent enough for the price.
